Kristin Porter is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an east valley Arizona native and completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Arizona State University in 2006. She gained priceless experience spending nearly 15 years as an RN in a busy local hospital in various departments ranging from the Pediatric ICU to the surgery department. Kristin’s love of continued learning led her back to grad school to fulfill her dream of becoming an NP. She completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program through University of Phoenix in 2021, graduating with the highest honors.

She is passionate about providing empathetic, holistic, and evidence-based care to her patients. Through focused listening and individualized care planning, she ensures that both the mental and physical wellbeing are optimized for her patients. Kristin strives to establish positive rapport with her patients through altruistic care.

Kristin’s biggest fans are her husband and three young sons that fill her life with sports, schoolwork, cooking, and family game nights. When not managing the chaos of an all-boy household, she loves to be outdoors, bake, listen to audiobooks, and travel.
